  • This survey is for Young People with and without SEND/additional needs.

The survey is about something called an 'outcomes framework'  for children and young people.

West Sussex are making an outcomes framework.

An outcomes framework thinks about long term goals (or outcomes) we want our children and young people to achieve,  and how we plan to help them get there.

We are at the very startof this work and really want to hear from children and young people, especially those with SEND/additonal needs.

We are starting by looking at the suggested outcomes or goals and asking whether you think these are the right things to aim for.  We really want to have the views of as many young people as possible, from this early point in the process.

The Council for Disabled Children have created resources to explain the outcomes, to help us all understand what we mean by ‘outcomes’, ‘outputs’, and ‘impact’. You may wish to visit the Council for Disabled Children website for more information about these concepts.
