For example, on the review date set, you have filled over 70% of your places. WSCC could pay 75% upfront with the following 25% after delivery. The next holiday, on the review date set, you have only booked 20% of places. WSCC would offer a 50% payment followed by 50% after delivery. , Would a change to the way HAF funding is currently paid put you off biding for future funding? , If we were to start paying for spaces booked only, would this cause you to reduce the amount of spaces you request funding for?, Would you be happy to receive split funding for all HAF payments, including those under £5000?, An upfront payment of 50% followed by a further 50% payment after delivery would be financially manageable.(The second payment would be made subject to places filled), Would you be open to moving to an invoice after delivery payment option? This would mean you invoice WSCC after delivery only for places that have been booked. , Would you be interested in a more flexible approach to HAF payments based on the percentage of places booked on a set review date?
