The Resourcing Team at West Sussex County Council is using this survey to collect some personal data, the processing of which is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. The data gathered will be key to helping us shape how we work and what we offer our staff, making our organisation an even better place to work. We will process the data in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulations and any other relevant subsequent legislation. The data will be kept securely and then destroyed after 7 years when it is no-longer necessary. West Sussex County Council is registered as a Data Controller (Reg. No. Z6413427).     We understand that to provide the very best services we need talented and diverse individuals who are motivated and happy in their roles and the teams and services they work in. 

    This survey is to help us understand in more depth what different people look for from an employer, from the benefits offered through to the culture and environment they work in.
