West Sussex County Council is a large organisation that is passionate about delivering a wide variety of valuable services to its residents. 

We understand that to provide the very best services we need talented and diverse individuals who are motivated and happy in their roles and the teams and services they work in. 

This survey is to help us understand in more depth what different people look for from an employer, from the benefits offered through to the culture and environment they work in. 

The data we will gather from this survey is key to helping us shape how we work and what we offer our staff, making our organisation an even better place to work.
