Overview
At West Sussex County Council we want to find out whether our customers find it easy to access the support and information they need when they need it and that they are satisfied, and the best way to achieve this is to ask you!
My role is to understand and improve your experience when you contact us and my team are focused on engaging with those who have been through the process of logging a complaint. One way we are doing this is to ask you to complete a short survey and I would be really grateful if you could take a couple of minutes to complete it.
Thank you!
