Overview

West Sussex County Council have recently undertaken consultation with Care Homes managers and owners on what they feel is working well, the challenges and the opportunities for how care homes are commissioned in the future. Following on from this we’d like you as a member of staff working in care to tell us about your experiences of working in care homes in West Sussex.

We’d like you to reflect on your role as a care worker and your answers can be based on past or present experience.

The survey is completely anonymous, and we will not be able to identify you or your work setting.

Please take this opportunity to reflect and share your experiences to help us improve how we commission our Care Homes Framework.
