Lifelong Services and Mental Health Care Homes Staff Survey 2025
West Sussex County Council commissions care homes for people with Lifelong Disabilities and Mental Health needs (this includes Learning Disabilities, Autism, Acquired Brain Injury, Physical and Sensory Injury or needs).
We work closely with care homes to make continuous improvements. We would like to hear from Support Workers and Registered Managers how the Council, as the Commissioner, can work with your care home to support you to deliver better care and support to vulnerable people.

The information will be kept confidential, treated sensitively, and will only be used for the purposes outlined.
