Overview

Due to the severe challenges we face as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we face a potential shortage of staff in a number of key areas and an increase in the need to provide additional support to the most vulnerable residents within our communities.

We are looking to redeploy staff in our organisation that can be released from their current role in order to assist with priority work. Your manager has identified that you could be redeployed to support these key areas.

We also want to ask staff of their skills, knowledge and exprience that would be of use to services and want to gather information on members of staff who may be at increased risk of severe illness from coronavirus. The lawful basis for processing is that it is necessary to carry out a public task in the substantial public interest. We will process the data for no longer than is necessary in connection with the Covid19 outbreak. Data with identifiers will be accessed only on a need to know basis and will be kept securely.
