To enable WSCC to plan for continuity of services with the welfare of staff and residents in mind, we want to gather information on members of staff who are willing to carry out alternative roles to support services that require additional resource. We also want to ask staff of their skills, knowledge and exprience that would be of use to services and want to gather information on members of staff who may be at increased risk of severe illness from coronavirus. The lawful basis for processing is that it is necessary to carry out a public task in the substantial public interest. We will process the data for no longer than is necessary in connection with the Covid19 outbreak. Data with identifiers will be accessed only on a need to know basis and will be kept securely.
