Introduction

This survey is open to any employee of West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain completely anonymous.

This survey is an opportunity for you to tell us about your experience of working for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service over the last 12 months. The questions in this survey will help us to understand your views on:

  • possible sources of workplace stress
  • how well the service supports your overall wellbeing

We would like to understand whether there are differences in experience between our core groups of staff. For this reason only, you will be asked one question about your area of work. Please be assured that you cannot be identified from this information.

This survey is open until midnight on Sunday 23rd June 2024.

If you have any questions please contact:

Michelle Wakefield, Culture and Development Manager or

Lucille Salisbury, Health and Safety Manager
