Health, Safety and Wellbeing Survey

This survey is open to any employee of West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain completely anonymous.

This survey is an opportunity for you to tell us about your experience of working for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service over the last 12 months. The questions in this survey will help us to understand your views on

• possible sources of workplace stress
• how well the service supports your overall wellbeing
