Overview

The Diversity and Inclusion Reflective Practice Sessions have been set up to support a culture of continuous learning, inclusion and respect across our workforce and services. The sessions should provide a safe and supportive space for colleagues to reflect, challenge assumptions, share lived experiences and deepen understanding of inclusive practice. This learning should also be shared across teams.

We need your help evaluating how well the group is meeting these aims. Your feedback will help us understand what is working, where improvements can be made and how we can strengthen inclusive practice across the service.

There are two different surveys relevant for different work roles. Please complete the one relevant for you.

Surveys:

  • Survey relevant for Senior Practitioners / Team Managers / Service Managers / Heads of Service who have attended, or have been invited to attend, the diversity and inclusion reflective practice sessions
  • Survey relevant for wider colleagues, who haven't attended the diversity and inclusion reflective practice sessions

The survey should only take around 10 minutes to complete.

We really appreciate your support with this important area of work.

This survey forms part of our evaluation of the Diversity and Inclusion Reflective Practice Sessions. While the group brings together managers and senior practitioners to reflect on inclusive practice and share learning, the intention is that insights and actions are cascaded to wider team members. We are particularly interested in understanding how this learning reaches non-attending staff, and what impact, if any, it is having on day-to-day practice.
