Wider team members - Diversity and Inclusion Reflective Practice Sessions Survey

Please complete this survey if you are a wider team member, who hasn't attended the diversity and inclusion reflective practice sessions.  

This survey forms part of our evaluation of the Diversity and Inclusion Reflective Practice Sessions. While the group brings together managers and senior practitioners to reflect on inclusive practice and share learning, the intention is that insights and actions are cascaded to wider team members. We are particularly interested in understanding how this learning reaches non-attending staff, and what impact, if any, it is having on day-to-day practice. The survey is anonymous, responses will not be linked to you personally and will only be used to inform learning and service development.
