At WSCC we are privileged to have 7 staff led networks, and we are extremely thankful to the leads and those that support the leads in making this possible.

First and foremost these networks are in place for staff, and we would like to take this opportunity to ensure that the purpose of our staff networks reflects what you would like to receive as a member, and that it includes what is most important to you.

We recently met with each of the network leads to understand what they feel the purpose of the network should be from their perspective and experience. We would like to take this opportunity to share these with you and to get an understanding as to which of these are important to you.

The outcomes of this survey will be used to develop a staff network framework. The framework will set out clearly the purpose of our staff networks, and what they need from within the group and the organisation to achieve that purpose. The information you provide will help shape the networks moving forward, and ensure we are focusing on what really matters to you.
