Overview
West Sussex Public Health and Human Resource teams have worked collaboratively to commission the staff flu programme with the aim of promoting colleagues’ health and well-being by offering protection from the flu virus.
Following your feedback about the staff flu voucher 2023/24 scheme, we chose Flu Xpress to supply the vouchersin 2024/25. This scheme allowed staff to apply for a digital or paper voucher which could be redeemed at multiple participating pharmacies.
Information collected in this survey will be used toevaluate the staff flu voucher 2024/25 scheme. Your support in completing the survey will help us consider future options.
We are keen to hear from staff who did and did not apply for the staff flu voucher.The survey should not take you any longer than five minutes to complete.
The consultation will close on Friday 30th May 2025 at 11.55pm.
