Overview
West Sussex Public Health and Human Resource teams have worked collaboratively to commission an employee flu programme with the aim of promoting colleagues’ health and well-being by offering protection from the flu virus.
As with previous years, the employee flu programme in 2023/24 was delivered through Boot’s corporate voucher scheme. Given that this programme has run for several years, we wanted to take this opportunity to evaluate the programme to ensure that it is meeting the needs of our colleagues. It is important for us as a Council to ensure that the employee flu programme remains effective and quality driven.
We would therefore like to request your support in completing the survey below so that we can understand whether you feel this programme is effective and has met your needs during this flu season. The survey should not take you any longer than 5 minutes to complete and the insights gathered from this process will help us evaluate its effectiveness and possible future options.

If you require any of this information in an alternative format, then please contact us via email at flu@westsussex.gov.uk and we will assist you.
