Your individual responses to questions will not be shared and will be used ONLY for collective reporting purposes so WSCC can learn from the working experience of our employees. We understand why questions such as Directorate, team, manager status and salary bracket may feel identifying, particularly in smaller teams. However, there is a ‘prefer not to say’ option for many questions including manager status and salary bracket.

These questions are included to help us understand whether experiences differ across parts of the organisation and between different employee groups. However, individual survey responses remain anonymous and are not viewed or reported at an individual level.

To protect confidentiality, results are reported at team level only, while manager status, salary bracket and the optional demographic data are reported at organisational level only. To ensure anonymity, results are not provided where there is a risk that an individual can be identified.
