We want West Sussex County Council (WSCC) to be a great place to work, so it's vital that we listen to what employees have to say about their experience of working here. Your honest feedback is valuable, so we'd really appreciate you finding a few minutes to complete the pulse survey. Thank you!

The Pulse Survey now takes place annually and the questions have been expanded on to make sure we are capturing information on what is important to us now. There have been changes to the ways we work in recent years, and we want to learn more about how that’s impacted you.

After the survey closes and the results have been analysed they will then be shared both at a Corporate level and also at a Service/Directorate level so you can see how things compare locally and organisation-wide.

The WSCC Pulse Survey is open from Monday 23 September – Sunday 27 October and can be completed in under 15 minutes.

Please Note: This survey is confidential and anonymous. Your individual responses to questions will not be shared and will be used ONLY for collective reporting purposes so WSCC can learn from the working experience of our employees. To ensure anonymity, results are not provided for any group with 20 or fewer responses.
