  Prior to getting the 51 tonight, was waiting for the 700 at Groves Farm, not my usual stop though as mine is suspended due to "improvements for cyclists and pedestrians " bus app said it was on time @ 1815, arrived at 1822 - don't like waiting here as there are no street lights, so going to be fun next week when the clocks go back!   Didn't have long to wait for this bus, after getting the 700 bus tonight, very busy though. The automatic timetable said that 2 for Selsey were on the way, so bus probably full as there's obviously a delay somewhere for the buses to catch up with each other

  Frequently walk into Chichester as we live alongside the canal and it is our bit of exercise just to have a wander around Bishops Palace Gardens or Priory Park for instance. Walk back along South Street have a look at the display board for times of return buses outside Iceland and, whether it is because they are every 15 minutes and some have been delayed, even though the display board reads, say 2 minutes, it drops out and doesn't turn up. We believe the bus gets turned around at the bus station to save time but it is very frustrating... Continue reading

  14/03/22, 7.30am - Today’s bus journey on the 700 started with a shower of rain. At the stop, in the centre of town - that had no shelter, so all waiting passengers were soaked - I overheard someone saying, “the bus has been cancelled due to Covid, they can’t get the driver”…there was no mention of this on the app or anywhere.
