On the 700

14/03/22, 7.30am - Today’s bus journey on the 700 started with a shower of rain. At the stop, in the centre of town - that had no shelter, so all waiting passengers were soaked - I overheard someone saying, “the bus has been cancelled due to Covid, they can’t get the driver”…there was no mention of this on the app or anywhere. Five minutes later the bus arrived. I thought it would be packed but it was easy to find a seat. One of my favourite times of the day. From the top deck of the 700 you’ve got a great view of the changing seasons, the beautiful skies you get round here. You’ve also got a chance to appreciate it, not driving.
