Why are we asking for your feedback?

West Sussex Schools Library Service currently supports over 150 primary, nursery and special schools across West Sussex and enables pupils to have access to an effective school library service and quality resources which promote high quality reading and learning opportunities.

As a subscribing school, we value your feedback and would like your help to ensure that we continue to deliver an effective Schools Library Service to meet the needs of your school. In particular, we would like to understand what we do well and what we could do better to help shape our service in the future.

We would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete this short online survey by answering the questions or statements below. The information will be collected by West Sussex Library Service and shared with the Schools Library Service team to help us shape our services in the future. All responses will be anonymized, but please take care not to provide any personal data e.g. names or details in your responses that could be used to identify you or other people.

If you would like to be entered into a FREE prize draw a to win a set of shortlisted titles from the 2022 Picture Books to Shout About! award for your school, please agree to the Terms & Conditions and provide your contact details at the end of this survey.
