You are invited to complete this survey because are a line manager managing staff who have been part of the West Sussex’s Commissioning Workforce Development Programme. The staff for whom you are line manage might have completed accredited courses, such as the Certificate in the Principles of Commissioning, the Certificate in the Commissioning and Purchasing of Public Care, or the Skills for Care Commissioning for Wellbeing courses, masterclasses, or a combination of these.
This short questionnaire should take around 10 minutes to complete and asks questions about any impacts you have seen on the staff you line manage over the past 12 months.
We are aware that you are likely to have also taken part in some of the activities of the Development Programme yourself, however this survey is asking you to reflect on any changes you have observed in those people you manage (your supervisees). All responses are anonymous.
