Overview
The West Sussex Adult Social Care Health Protection Group (IMT) [referred to IMT for the purposes of this document] is undertaking a look back exercise into the local response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s hoped that any lessons learned will help inform how services need to adapt or develop to support the care home sector more effectively during annual winter pressures.
Feedback from care home providers will be vital to completing this exercise and the cornerstone of any resulting plans therefore, we hope that you will find time to complete the questionnaire.
This survey has been re-opened by requests from the provider market who missed the survey when first made available, and because we value all responses.
All of the information that you provide will be treated as confidential and will only be used for the purposes of this exercise. Your comments will not be identified as belonging to you, instead they will be combined with those gathered from other survey participants, and will be analysed as part of a group.
If you require any of this information in an alternative format, then please contact us by phone 0330 222 3552 or via email at publichealth@westsussex.gov.uk and we will assist you. If you are deaf or hard of hearing and have an NGT texting app installed on your computer, laptop or smartphone, you can contact us on 18001 0330 222 3552.
