West Sussex County Council are reviewing pathways between early intervention and specialist alcohol services with a view to enhancing their effectiveness and improving outcomes for individuals.
As part of this process, we would like to engage with the District and Borough Council's alcohol wellbeing services to understand their views on the existing pathway and identify areas for development.
Your feedback will be used to help inform a future workshop involving wellbeing services, Change Grow Live (CGL) and Public Health and will not be shared outside of these organisations.
The survey is anonymous and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Data from all surveys are recorded and stored securely, and managed in accordance with West Sussex County Councils Data Protection policy, the Data Protection Act 2018, and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
