Why we are Evaluating
We want to find out how good The Advocacy Service is at helping you to get the outcomes you want.
We hope to empower you to speak up about the issues that matter to you. We would like to find out whether working with our service has helped you to get the right outcome. We also would like to know if your confidence has increased and whether we have helped you to develop skills such as self-advocacy.
We work to Advocacy National Standards and we want to make sure that we are meeting these standards and that you are getting a really good service.
Everyone who completes this survey will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a £10 gift voucher.
