Involving young people and their voice in your work - Request Form

Overview

Making sure young people's voice is a key part of making your services and projects a success, as well as being a legal requirement in some cases. This form has been created for completion by those who would like to involve young people and support them to get their voice heard. The earlier in the process you consider how you would like to involve young people the better. 

There are many ways of doing this, and many things that you will need to consider as a consultor.

We think this form will take less than five minutes for you to complete if you have all the information we need. The Voice and Participation team receive a large number of requests for young people's support. Please allow 14 days to receive a response to your request.  In case of query please contact voice@westsussex.gov.uk.
