Mental Health Questionnaire 2025

This is a short survey to find out the views of young people in West Sussex on children's mental health. The answers given will be used anonymously to inform the Adult Health and Social Care Committee when they look at children's mental health.  If you have any questions please contact toby.wilson@westsussex.gov.uk

Important:
This survey is for sharing your thoughts and experiences — it’s not a way to get mental health support. If you’re struggling or need help, there are people and services ready to support you.
