The Taskforce
This page is for evaluation of the Crawley Taskforce.
Please carefully select the correct evaluation survey using the guidance below:
- SLT Links: Are you an SLT Link for the Taskforce project? Have you been involved in the setting up and running of the Taskforce within your school? Please fill out the APST: School Questionnaire - SLT Link.
- Pastoral/inclusion/safeguarding/SEND staff : Are you part of the inclusion team, safeguarding team, SEND team, behaviour team, or pastoral team in a school that has the Taskforce? Please fill out the survey for pastoral/inclusion/safeguarding/SEND.
- Received Taskforce training: Have you received training from a member of the Taskforce? Please fill out the APST Training Feedback Form.
- Compliments and Considerations: Do you have a general compliment or consideration about the Taskforce? Please fill out the Compliments and Considerations form.
