Overview

The Big Fix is a repair campaign introduced by Recycle Devon to counteract throwaway culture. The Big Fix started in 2019 and encouraged residents to make use of their local repair café. In 2020 the campaign grew and fixed over 2500 broken items across the UK in ONE DAY.

Here in West Sussex, we want to support reuse and repair as much as we can and with many repair cafes within the County operated entirely by volunteers, we’re in good hands.

This page gives repair cafes in West Sussex and other interested residents the ability to connect with each other and share skills via our forum.

For a list of repair cafes in West Sussex and their contact information please visit our Community Climate Action Map (opens in new window).
