Staff briefing sessions November 2022 - feedback

Thank you for recently attending one of the staff briefings held in November 2022. We are keen to hear what you thought about the session you attended and would really appreciate it you could answer a few quick questions to help the leadership team understand how helpful they were. Adults’ Services will use this survey to collect personal and special category data, the processing of which is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest and in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

The data will be processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulations, and any subsequent data protection legislation. The data we collect will be securely stored and kept for period of up to two years before being appropriately destroyed.
