We are undertaking a survey of Family Support & Protection Social Workers as part of the wider transformation and implementation of the family safeguarding model.

The aim of the survey is to get a detailed understanding of the skills, knowledge and confidence of social work staff employed within the FSP

We anticipate that undertaking this survey will take you approximately between 30 minute to 60 minutes to complete depending on the case examples that you are able to provide.

Please can you return the survey by Friday 30th of July 2021.
