As we come to the end of a very challenging school year, we wanted to give you the opportunity to express your own thoughts about your role at the school, your personal wellbeing, and how you feel about working at the school at the present time. To do this, we would like you to complete an online survey which we have developed in liaison with West Sussex County Council. This survey is for all members of the school staff at all levels in recognition that the school is one community and needs to move forward as one community.
Please note: All your individual responses are anonymous and confidential, and will not be shared with any other members of staff. The results of this survey will be used to look at what the school is doing well and where the school is being successful, and to look at where it can develop further and what it can do better.
