Inclusion Framework Revision

A survey to provide feedback about the Inclusion Framework (Autumn 2026).

West Sussex County Council is reviewing the Inclusion Framework to understand how it is currently used, its perceived impact and how it might be developed in future. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Please ONLY fill in this survey if you work in a West Sussex education setting. 


The SEND and Inclusion Service will collect some personal data (e.g. name) in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. Data collected will be processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulations, and any subsequent data protection legislation. 

The data we collect will not be used for any purpose other than that stated above without your prior written consent. The data we collect will be securely stored by us for a period of up to two years before being appropriately destroyed. The lawful basis upon which WSCC process personal data is that it is necessary to comply with its legal obligations and to enable it to perform tasks carried out in the public interest. However, where personal data is solely processed based on consent, you will have the right to withdraw that consent.
