Education Survey for parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and/or disability

In the Autumn Term 2021 West Sussex Education (Inclusion) Services are running four co-production events for parents/carers in different geographical locations in West Sussex. The sessions are focusing on all stages of educational support for children and young people with SEND:

  • Special Educational Needs (SEN) support
  • Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA)
  • Monitoring and review of Education, Health and Care Plans – the Annual Review process

The information provided will feed into the future plans and actions undertaken by the services seeking to support children and young people with SEND.

We realise not all parents/carers will be able to attend these sessions, so we have also developed this survey to allow as many parents/carers to contribute as possible.

The survey will run until the end of Dec 2021 (and is likely to be re-run at other points across the year).
