Context

Adults Commissioning have undertaken a process of self-assessment to determine areas where we think we are performing well and areas where we would like to improve.

As a result of this we have identified a number of focus areas for our development, that we have also identified specific actions for. One such area is Outcome Based Commissioning.

We would really like to get your feedback on how we are all performing in relation to Outcomes Based Commissioning.

This will help us to:

• Understand what about Outcome Based Commissioning is currently working well,

• What challenges we are facing, and

• Develop plans to further improve Outcome Based Commissioning in WSCC Adults’ Services.

Please complete the survey below to help us with Outcome Based Commissioning (OBC).
