Group of 5 people at laptops around a table

Within Public Health, we are reviewing how our office space is being used to better support collaboration and flexibility. To help us plan effectively, we need to understand when people are working in the office versus working remotely.

There are 2 surveys; one for team managers to complete and one for individuals. If you manage a team please complete both.

We need all team members to complete the survey to help with this planning, even if you don't come into the office regularly.

The surveys will give us a clearer picture of the number of staff who are in the office and on which days, so we can make informed decisions about workspace planning, meeting room availability and overall office space.
