Future peer group coaching supervision sessions

We recently held our first all peer group coaching supervision session. As part of learning from this, I'm keen to hear your thoughts on what shape these sessions might take in the future.

Options

Run them as self-organised small peer group sessions (e.g. 3 or 4 peers)

Run them as a session open to all internal coaches

Run both: 2 - 3 all coach sessions per year plus option for small groups of peers to organise their own
