MACPT Building Relationships & Working Together

*** Please only complete this activity if invited to do so by Nicholas Rozee ***

About this activity

As you get ready to come together from different professional backgrounds to test a new way of working, I'd like to understand your hopes and concerns about how you work together as people. This isn't about processes, policies, procedures, nor practice. It's about your relationships, interactions, communication, and how you will collaborate with one another.

Doing this before the workshop means we can make the most of our in-person time:

  • Getting to know each other even better
  • Exploring anonymised themes arising from what you share here
  • Co-creating a shared vision and agreement for how you want to work together going forward

Instructions

On these pages you have spaces to capture your thoughts. On the HOPES page, write one hope per box. They are like digital post it notes, so please keep your thoughts to a few words or a short phrase. Repeat for your concerns on the CONCERNS page. Select submit once you're done.

There is space for up to ten hopes and ten concerns. You do not need to fill them all. If you have more than ten, you can complete the activity a second time.

Your responses will be anonymous. During the workshop, we'll look at the common themes and patterns across the group without identifying who said what.

Your HOPES

Write down one hope per box on this page.

Hopes are your aspirations for how we work together as people.

They describe the behaviours, interactions and relationships you would like to experience as we collaborate, learn, solve problems and navigate challenges together.

Think about what you would like to see and hear in relation to:

  • How we connect and build relationships
  • How we communicate with one another
  • How we learn with and from each other
  • How we navigate different perspectives and ways of working
  • How we solve problems and make decisions together
  • How we maintain positive relationships when challenges arise
