FFP Mobilisation Workshop 1 Discovery Questionnaire

What you share in this questionnaire will help shape where we spend our time on Wednesday 18 March, our first FFP Mobilisation Workshop.

Please frame your reflections in the context of collective effectiveness, in your roles as Workstream Leads and FFP Board Members.

The questionnaire invites you to share:

  • what is working well and what you'll collectively benefit from doing differently, across four areas of collective effectiveness
  • where you need greater clarity (and why) to continue making progress in your own workstream(s) and in our collective work.

You’re welcome to answer just the questions you have something to share on.

Goals

Clarity and alignment around the shared purpose, priorities, and success criteria of the programme. Ensuring all workstreams have a consistent understanding of what we are trying to achieve and why — so nobody is working from different assumptions or pulling in different directions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Clarity of decision‑making authority, autonomy, and responsibility across workstreams and the senior leadership team. Ensuring everyone knows what they genuinely own, what must come back to the group, and where boundaries or overlaps need tightening so decisions can stick and progress remains steady.

Processes

The effectiveness of ways of working, coordination routines, decision pathways, and escalation routes across multiple workstreams. Ensuring processes enable pace rather than create re‑work, confusion or bottlenecks — and that decision flow is predictable and transparent.

Interpersonal Relationships

The quality of trust, communication, psychological safety, and collective leadership behaviours. Ensuring tensions are surfaced early, decisions are honoured, and colleagues feel able to be open about capacity, risks and concerns — so the whole programme benefits from stronger collaboration.
