Library Management System (LMS) Survey

We want everyone to have the opportunity to tell us what you think of Spark, our current LMS (Library Management System).

Let us know about your experiences and opinions so that we can identify some key areas for improvement. We know that Spark can run very slowly and be unreliable at times, so you don’t need to tell us about that.

We are planning some library visits to talk to staff in person, but answering this short survey would give us some initial areas of focus. Thank you for taking the time to complete it.
