Join us to hear how your views have shaped the draft recommendations.

Once again West Sussex Public Health have joined up with the CAPITAL Project Trust and Changing Futures to invite you to hear how your views have helped shape the mental health needs assessment and to share the proposed recommendations.

The needs assessment will help our health and care services to plan and improve mental health care and support for our population across West Sussex.

Please join us and sign up to one of the events below. Participants will be thanked for their time with a £15 payment/voucher and travel expenses will be paid for the in-person event.

    This is a two-hour, online event and attendees must have access to a computer, the internet, a web camera with microphone and ability to attend a Zoom meeting to participate.

  • Lived experience event: Shaping the West Sussex Mental Health Needs Assessment Evaluation

    Thank you for participating in the 'Lived Experience Event'. Please can you spend 5 - 10 minutes to complete the below evaluation which will help to support the development of these events and identify any potential gaps. Your responses will be anonymous.

    We will process this data in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulations and any subsequent relevant legislation.
