This survey is part of the Lifelong Services (LLS) programme’s discovery phase and aims to gather views and experiences from key colleagues.

It will help us understand the current (“as is”) position, identify any common themes or trends, and build a clearer picture of the full end‑to‑end pathway. This includes understanding how different teams and functions work together, and what works well or less well at those points.

Your feedback will help inform the next stages of the programme and ensure that staff experience and insight are reflected throughout the work.
