The Independent Visitor Scheme have created this evaluation in order to review our service in accordance with National Standards for the Provision of Independent Visitor Services, 2016.
The evaluation will involve the collection of your personal data which will be processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulations and any relevant subsequent legislation.
The personal data we collect will not be shared with anyone outside of West Sussex County Council and will be held securely on a computer for a period of up to 1 year before being appropriately destroyed.
