How we will use the information (data) you give us

We will process this data in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulations and any subsequent relevant legislation. West Sussex County Council is registered as a Data Controller (Reg. No. Z6413427). The data you provide will not be used for any purpose other than that stated and will be stored electronically for a period of up to 1 year before being appropriately destroyed.

The survey is anonymous. Some of the questions ask about sensitive issues about sexual health, but we will not use your responses to identify you or attempt to contact you in any way.

By completing this survey, you agree for your answers to be summarised and used in the sexual health needs assessment. It will not be possible to identify any individuals who have completed this survey in the needs assessment.
