Introduction

The Community Safety and Wellbeing Team in West Sussex County Council and the Operation Signature Team within Sussex and Surrey Police continue to work collaboratively with our partners and key stakeholders across West Sussex to raise awareness of scams and frauds whilst protecting vulnerable and repeat victims of fraud and prevent further loss

You have received this survey as you will have attended an event such as an in person presentation, training or online webinar delivered by one of the agencies such as the Police or a local Council who are invested in providing up to date preventative advice around scams and frauds.

We thank you for taking the time to take part in this short survey, which should take no longer than five minutes to complete. We are seeking to find out more around the current service provided and by taking the time to complete it you will be providing us with a valuable insight to what works well and assist us in improving our service to you.

The survey will be analysed by the Staying Safe Online team in West Sussex County Council and the Operation Signature team within the Police.

If you would like to be kept in touch with information about the work or want to find out more about what each service is offering, please see the important links section to the right of this page.
