Completing the Summer Reading Challenge 2026

Please fill in this form to receive the secret code word needed to finish your challenge and collect your final set of rewards. You will need to provide details for each child who is completing the Challenge. You can submit details for a maximum of four children on one form.

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we are not allowed to give wooden medals to children under 4 years old. Any children under 4 will receive a special gold sticker.
