You can collect your final set of rewards from Saturday 1 August and you have until Saturday 12 September to complete the Challenge.
Every family completing the Challenge has the opportunity to enter a free prize draw to win a Samsung Galaxy Tablet or one of five runner-up £10 book vouchers. There is a link at the end of this form to enter the prize draw.
