Using the rating scale below please rate your level of competence in the use of the listed digital tools.

1= Novice - No experience of the tool/platform. Limited knowledge and skills.

2=Beginner – Limited experience of the tool/platform. Has knowledge and skills to begin with support from others.

3= Competent – Has sufficient experience to operate the tool/platform. Has a level of knowledge and skills to effectively use the tool/platform. Needs limited guidance and has potential to upskill colleagues.

4= Proficient - Has considerable experience of operating the tool/platform. Has a high level of knowledge and skills and is seen as a champion.

5= Expert - Has extensive experience and has intuitive grasp of operating the tool/platform. Knowledge & skills support performance, which is flexible, highly proficient and in full control of tasks.
