Support Our EPIC Awards

Every year our team work hard to celebrate the achievements of West Sussex Children We Care For, Care Experienced Young People, those in Kinship Care, and all the adults who support them.

Throughout 2025 we will deliver multiple award ceremonies, and we are looking for sponsors who would be willing to support us. This way we will be able to celebrate hundreds of incredible young people across West Sussex.

We have created different sponsorship package options so you can pick the level you wish. Our first event in 2025 will be on Saturday 7th June 2025. Our deadline for sponsorship support for this event will be Friday 30th May 2025.

Any sponsorship offers submitted after this date will be considered for our 27th September 2025 event.

If you are interested, then please contact us by email to epic.awards@westsussex.gov.uk. We are happy to discuss different arrangements, such as multiple year support or sole event sponsor options.

If you are unable to support by opting for a sponsorship package but could offer support in other ways such as a gift in kind, then please do get in touch. Some ideas of previous support we have received:

• Prizes for goody bags – toys, pens, notebooks, books, vouchers, theatre tickets, sport event tickets
• Printing – support with printing celebration cards
• Transport – support with travel arrangements (taxis, minibuses etc) to help people attend the events
• Catering provision – provide catering or a discount on catering at one of our events
• Venue hire - provide a venue or a discount on a venue for one of our events

EPIC Sponsorship Packages

Bronze Sponsor – up to £199 (price excludes VAT), 8 available per event.

You will receive:

• Your business name and/or logo reflected as sponsor on our website page and in programmes for 2025
• A thank you message from our young people!

Silver Sponsor - £200-£499, (price excludes VAT), 4 available per event.

Everything as per the Bronze with the addition of:

• A credit and logo on any screens at the events
• A dedicated thank you post on our social media platforms, highlighting any content you provide to us

Gold Sponsor - £500 to £999 (price excludes VAT), 2 available per event.

Everything as per Bronze and Silver, with the addition of:

• Display of any of your marketing materials you provide at any of the events (flyers, roll-up banners etc.)
• Your logo on any of the ‘congratulation on your nomination’ cards
• Advert page in the programme (you will need to supply the content and artwork)

Platinum Sponsor - £1000+ (price excludes VAT), 1 available per event.

Everything as per Bronze, Silver, and Gold with the addition of:

• Highlighted in any press releases, WSCC newsletter articles and social media about your support
• A stall at any of the events for 2 of your team to attend
• Be asked to present one of the awards
