We’re seeking feedback from young people, families, and professionals on how you feel about emotional wellbeing and mental health information available to support young people in West Sussex.

Do you know where to seek mental health support for children and young people? Have you seen or received any information from our Your Mind Matters campaign? Whether it’s a yes or no, we want to hear from you.

The survey should take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete and is open until Sunday 6 August.

Please note this survey is not intended to seek feedback on the provision of mental health support services; it is focused on determining the best methods of communicating and promoting information about a variety of emotional and wellbeing resources.

No personal information about you is kept unless you specifically request e.g. to be involved in future local research studies on this topic.

Our Your Mind Matters campaign brings together partners including local authorities, NHS, providers, charitable sector, community groups, and police. And, is a collaboration with Foundations For Our Future to bring about significant improvement.
